How do I claim my Movie Ticket prize?

On our website, click 'Settings' to the left of your prize, then click the 'Prizes Won' tab, then click 'Enter Your Claim Code'.

Enter your claim code, then another window will pop-up and you’ll see your Serial Number(s), which is what you'll use on Fandango's website.

The go to www.fandango.com and select your movie. When you are placing your order, check the box that says "Apply Fandango Bucks or Promotional Code" to your order, then enter one Serial Number when prompted.

Note that Fandango only allows the use of one code (Serial Number) per order, so if you want to purchase more than one ticket, you will need to place a separate order for each ticket.

Is there a limit to how many prizes I can claim?

You can claim as many prizes as you win.

Note that you must be 18 years or older to receive any prize(s). Also, please note that some prizes may not be deliverable or useful outside the US, so please be careful when choosing your prize!

How do I cancel my Club Winster membership?

To cancel your Club Winster membership, click on "Settings" (on the menu bar), then click on the "Membership" tab, then click "Cancel Membership".

Please note that cancellations take effect immediately. Winnie does not refund or pro-rate your last payment, so it is best to cancel just before your next membership billing date.

How do I claim a prize?

There are two ways to claim your prize.

Click on the flashing "Claim Prize" starburst to the right of your prize.

Or, click directly on the picture of your prize, then click the "Claim Prize" button.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

To upgrade or downgrade your Club Winster membership, click on "Settings" (on the menu bar), then select the "Membership" tab and follow the instructions.

Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade, you will be charged the difference between your current membership level and your new membership level, pro-rated to the end of your current billing cycle. Your billing cycle is not affected. Your spin balance will immediately be increased to your new membership level. Note that if you use PayPal, you will be asked to approve a new Paypal 'subscription' with a partial payment for the balance of your current month, then a full payment each month thereafter.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current month. If you pay by PayPal, you will be asked to approve a new Paypal 'subscription' with no payment for the balance of your current month, then a full payment each month thereafter.

Why didn't I get my daily membership spins?

Club Winster membership spins are added to your account the first time you log in each day. So to collect all your spins, you must visit at least once a day.

Note that your spins are added after midnight, Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you are logged in at midnight PST, you will have to log out and back in to get your spins.

Also, you can only accumulate up to ten times as many spins as your daily membership alottment. For example, if you are a Silver member, and so get 500 spins each day, you can collect daily spins only if you have less than 5000 available spins.

What are the Club Winster membership levels and what do they cost?

There are three levels of Club Winster Membership:

  • Basic ($4.99/month) - You get 300 spins each day that you visit.
  • Silver ($7.49/month) - You get 500 spins each day that you visit.
  • Gold ($9.99/month) - You get 800 spins each day that you visit.
Gold members who would like more than 800 spins each day can purchase up to 16 'Spin Packs' of 200 extra spins each day for an additional charge of $2.50 per Spin Pack per month. Note you can only accumulate up to ten times your daily allotment of spins.

Can I play if I don't live in the United States?

Yes, you can play if you live outside the United States, but unfortunately, many prizes can only be delivered within the United States. This is because many of our prize suppliers are able to ship prizes only to United States addresses.

If you reside outside the United States but would like to join Club Winster anyway, may we suggest that you find (or make) a friend who lives in the United States, and give the prizes to them? When you sign up and are asked for an address, use theirs!
